With the help of dedicated volunteers and community activists, the ACLU of Virginia works to raise awareness about the importance of preserving the individual rights and liberties that are guaranteed to all people in this country by the Constitution.

There are several ways that you can support the work of the ACLU of Virginia, and get involved.

You can support the work of the ACLU of Virginia by becoming a member and/or making a financial contribution. Live in Northern Virginia? Become involved with the Northern Virginia Chapter. The Northern Virginia Chapter is the ACLU of Virginia’s local presence in the Commonwealth’s most populous region. The Chapter organizes several events throughout the year. Read more about the Chapter.
