ACLU of Virginia Questions Governor’s Vetoes of License Plate Reader Bills; Will File Suit to Ensure Compliance With Current Privacy Law
The ACLU of Virginia today questioned Governor McAuliffe’s decision to veto SB 965 and HB 1673 and promised that the organization will file suit to ensure compliance with Virginia’s current law regulating the collection and storage by government agencies of personal information about Virginians.
